My DJ technique is different to the rest - instead of decks, I use my PC, why you may ask. Well, the simple reason is I have a physical disability, cerebral palsy, which has burdened me full use of my hands - bummer eh!
Anyway, instead of decks, I use my beloved PC with a program called Virtual DJ - which has all the same things as the decks and a mixer. Great eh!
As my hands have limited dexterity, I use my nose to type 60% of the time. So, yes, I use my nose to control the program's controls. I find it quicker - not a lot of people NOSE that! 
I like Garage and Drum n Bass, was addicted to Jungle in the early 90s.
